Verification and Approval
For damaged equipment or incorrect shipments, please include photos of the item and packaging for our team to review and approve your return request.
Package Your Item
Once approved, securely pack the unused merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the return transit.
Receive Refund or Replacement
