Kent and Kristopher were born into a coffee family helping on their own family farm as well as the farm of their uncle, Wilford Lamastus — one of the best specialty coffee producers in Panama.
This year, Kent and Kristopher have endeavoured to begin processing their own specialty coffee on their family farm. We are very honoured to get to be a part of their journey from the start, and we are looking forward to many more fantastic coffees in the years to come.
This Geisha Natural Lot 06 is an Anaerobic Slow Dry process. It was fermented for 72 hours in GrainPro bags underwater to maintain a stable 15–20ºC temperature and then sun-dried on raised beds for 21–30 days.

- A bundle option of both Kent and Kristopher Lamastus coffees
Brewing recommendations:
- Rest time: 3+ weeks
- Espresso: 1:2.4-2.6, 91–93ºC
- Filter: 1:16-1:17, 90–92ºC
